By downloading, installing, or using Impostor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Impostor is a party game application that allows users to play an impostor/word guessing game with friends. The App is operated by Titun LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

The App is designed for in-person social gameplay and does not require account creation or authentication.
The App provides free access to basic categories and core gameplay functionality without requiring payment.
Premium features are available through in-app purchases managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription options may include:
All payments are processed through your app store account (Apple or Google). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly process refunds.

Users may create custom categories for personal use. You are solely responsible for any content you create. By creating content, you represent that you have the right to use such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
The App may use artificial intelligence to generate category suggestions. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about its accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use.
The App, including its design, features, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Titun LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITUN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titun LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
